Virtual feed 101 is our virtual breastfeeding class! This class helps new and pregnant moms with their feeding relationship with baby from the comfort of their own home. This class will be from 9:30am to 11:30am. Virtual Feed 101 is provided by a grant, there is no cost to attend! Register to guarantee your spot.
LLL is an International Organization with a Local Group in Wichita Falls. LLL devotes all their efforts to educate, support, and encourage breastfeeding families around the globe.
Midwifery care is very different from mainstream OB care and we want you to get a head start learning all the things to keep your pregnancy low risk. You'll learn about nourishing yourself well and bodywork that will help ease pregnancy discomforts and possibly shorten labor. You'll learn about what staff will be in your birth, how to "pick" a midwife, what happens in an emergency and tips to make your time at the birth center smoother. Mandatory for all clients. Best time to take: early pregnancy, before your first appointment. No cost, for clients only.
