Wichita Falls Birth & Wellness Center 2001 Brooke St, Wichita FallsPOST 101 is our Newborn & Postpartum class covering what to expect physically and emotionally while adjusting to life with a newborn. We also cover the care and feeding of a newborn and mom’s recovery. This class is important for all new moms in the community! Cost is $20 per team. Teams include one mom or expectant mom and her support person(s).Please make childcare arrangements. Only 1 ticket is needed per team.

Wichita Falls Birth & Wellness Center 2001 Brooke St, Wichita FallsMidwifery care is very different from mainstream OB care and we want you to get a head start learning all the things to keep your pregnancy low risk. You’ll learn about nourishing yourself well and bodywork that will help ease pregnancy discomforts and possibly shorten labor. Mandatory for all clients. Best time to take: early pregnancy, before your first appointment. No cost, for clients only.
