All women must cope with discomfort at some point during labor, so this class is for anyone, whether they opt for an epidural or not. Price: $60 per birth team.

POST 101 is our Newborn & Postpartum class. This class is important for all new moms in the community! We will cover what to expect physically and emotionally as you recover from birth. Learn how to get to know your newborn; how they look and behave, caring for their needs, keeping them safe and healthy. Cost is $30 per team. Teams include one mom or expectant mom and her support person(s). Only 1 ticket is needed per team.

Midwifery care is very different from mainstream OB care. We want you to get a head start learning all the things to keep your pregnancy low risk. You’ll learn about nourishing yourself well and bodywork that will help ease pregnancy discomforts and possibly shorten labor. This class is mandatory for all clients. The best time to take this class is in early pregnancy, before your first appointment. No cost. Birth Center clients only please.
