Midwifery care is very different from mainstream OB care. We want you to get a head start learning all the things to keep your pregnancy low risk. You’ll learn about nourishing yourself well and bodywork that will help ease pregnancy discomforts and possibly shorten labor. This class is mandatory for all clients. The best time to take this class is in early pregnancy, before your first appointment. No cost. Birth Center clients only please.
