VIRTUAL FEED 101 is our online breastfeeding class. This class helps new and pregnant moms with their feeding relationship with baby. Offered from 6-8 on the 3rd Thursday every other month. VIRTUAL FEED 101 is provided by a grant, there is no cost to attend! Register to guarantee your spot.
Midwifery care is very different from mainstream OB care and we want you to get a head start learning all the things to keep your pregnancy low risk. You’ll learn about nourishing yourself well and bodywork that will help ease pregnancy discomforts and possibly shorten labor. You’ll learn about what staff will be in your birth, how to “pick” a midwife, what happens in an emergency and tips to make your time at the birth center smoother. Mandatory for all clients. Best time to take: early pregnancy, before your first appointment. No cost, for clients only.
