Join us in a prenatal nutrition class with Holistic Health Coach, Amanda Acuna. In this class, we’ll go over how nutritional needs differ during pregnancy and the best ways to make sure that you (and baby) are getting what you need to thrive! Amanda has experience working with different dietary needs and preferences too so this class is inclusive (and important) to all expecting moms! *Bring your prenatal vitamins and we will also go over what to look for in a prenatal. Cost is $20 per person/team (partners are welcome).
