You’ll learn about nourishing yourself well and bodywork that will help ease pregnancy discomforts and possibly shorten labor. Mandatory for all clients. POST 101 is our Newborn & Postpartum class covering what to expect physically and emotionally while adjusting to life with a newborn. We also cover the care and feeding of a newborn and mom’s recovery. This class is important for all new moms in the community! Cost is $25 per team. Teams include one mom or expectant mom and her support person(s). Only 1 ticket is needed per team.
This class covers the physical process and coping tricks for birth specifically for hospital birthing families. Interventions (tools) commonly used in the hospital, their pros, cons, and alternatives are discussed. For hospital birthing families. Price is $60 per birth team.
