The Nutrition 101 course is for expectant mothers, new mothers, and aspiring mothers. Partners and other supporting individuals are also encouraged to enroll. The ultimate goal is to share nutrition guidance with anyone interested in learning about optimal health and wellness practices leading up to pregnancy, throughout pregnancy, and within the early infancy phases of welcoming their newest family member home. Also covered in this course: Designing your Birth Team, Exercise tips/guidance, Foods to Avoid, “Superfoods” to Consume, proper food portion sizes, and additional health tips such as stress management strategies.
